Job: Telesales

Responsibilities:

1. Promote various banking products through outbound calls
2. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries

Key Skills and Experience:

• Self-driven, self-motivated
• Enjoy speaking with customers over the phone
• Post secondary or above
• 1 year’s telemarketing experience in a call centre environment with exposure to life insurance and general insurance products is preferred. Candidates with customer service exposure in branch with solid cross-selling experience will also be considered
• Good command of spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Customer-oriented with effective interpersonal skills

This is a PERMANENT Position available in the 400 seaters Bank Call Centre in Singapore.
