Job Information

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on various banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  2. Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
  3. Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  4. Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  5. Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
  6. Assisting customers with their enquiries, escalate/ re-direct problems when appropriate

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma and above
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the customer service or call centre environment is required.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in East / Alexandra
  • Experience in any Service environment would be advantageous
  • A pleasant voice, positive telephone manners.
  • Attentive listening and communication skills.
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work shift (rotating – 2 shifts)
  • Applicants should be Singaporeans or Singapore PR

This is a PERMANENT Position available in the 400 seaters Bank Call Centre in Singapore.
