She has successfully implemented Recruit Strategy’s proprietary Search, a Made in Singapore proprietary assessment tool that allows Recruit Strategy to critically assess a talent’s prior work experience and one’s potential like a crossword puzzle solved within a split of second.

Dr FOO Check Teck (S.T. Man of Renaissance) known for self-learning and original thinking has a multi-disciplinary background: PhD (St Andrews) MBA (in Finance), Award Winner, City University of London, LLB (Hons, London) FCCA FCMA CPA ACIS Barrister-at-Laws Advocate and Solicitor. He is globally renowned for strategy (US History Channel; Art of War expert): Organizing Strategy (UK Blackwell in Oxford: “Spring’s Choice”) and psycho-biography Reminiscences of an Ancient Strategist (trans. Russian) had advanced Art of War thinking. He founded Sun Tzu Art of War Institute (www.suntzuartofwar.org) for developing tools, techniques, diagnostic devices (eg. recruiting CEOs (Christie Khoo; Recruit Strategy) for embedding Art of War into corporate processes. Dr CT FOO focuses on developing Institute’s talents for Art of War: Samuel Teo, marketing; Frankie, information, Piak Xiangfu, strategic thinking. From his brain and mind research, he engineered world’s first AI judge of aesthetics. Scholars know him for founding Chinese Management Studies, UK Emerald Publishers. He held many visiting professorships and sits on editorial boards of refereed journals: AI and Soft Computing, Cognitive Neuro-Dynamics, Management Decisions, Management History, Business Environment, Emerging Markets and others. He is a contributing editor with the US Journal of Risk Finance and works to be a global professor.
